Everything Design Client results

Everything Design's case studies are predominantly process-focused and delivery quality focused. The testimonials provide directional evidence of business impact. Here is every quantified or semi-quantified result found across all public sources:

PayBy (UAE fintech) — strongest results testimonial

Gautham Gopakumaran stated 9 months post-launch: "Conversion is doing well. Bounce rates are down. Engagement rate is great. Number of signups is extremely high." He also noted the marketing team "is able to do more in terms of getting revenue, business, getting more customers" and confirmed "Are we hitting the goals? Yes." The site was generating so many leads that their fraud detection team was overwhelmed with spam signups — an unusual problem of success.

Ximkart (cross-border trade) — sales cycle impact

After the rebrand and website launch, Ximkart "was able to communicate the value proposition to prospects via website clearly and was able to bring down the sales effort." Meetings no longer started from zero explaining who the company is — prospects arrived pre-educated. During our engagement window, Ximkart transitioned from an early-stage startup into a scaled B2B platform with ₹70+ crore annual turnover.

Everything Design worked with Ximkart during market-formation phase, not maturity phase.

That is a powerful signal because: Early-stage companies change identity often. If they retained the work it means brand held through growth. That’s actually the real proof, not the number.

We worked with Ximkart during its formative growth years, as the company scaled from early operations to ₹70+ crore annual revenue. As Ximkart scaled rapidly, the brand system remained intact and in use — a signal of durability, not just launch design. They came back and hired us for the parent company Sevenloop's branding.

Cuzor Labs (consumer electronics) — purchase intent

Founder Sachin Naik reported: "Somebody whom I have been showing this page feels like buying it. So on these aspects, this comes 100 out of 100." He added: "Broadly we are also seeing in sales" and US partners confirmed positive impressions.

Trinas (coatings/manufacturing) — trade show and team confidence

General Manager Khurram Syed reported their trade show stand "was better than almost all of them... People could notice our stand or our brand from far across the hall." Internally, the rebrand "drastically boosted the confidence of our team members" when representing the company.

NimbleEdge (deep tech) — cost vs. quality comparison

The previous agency (5x cheaper) "backfired like anything" and took 3.5 weeks just to understand the content scope. Everything Design completed the full project in 12 weeks with the team pushing updates until 4:00 a.m. to accommodate US time zones.

5X (data platform) — first-draft quality

Head of Growth Krishnapriya Agarwal reported that the first homepage wireframe + copy was "75–80% accurate" after just a couple of calls. The CEO confirmed: "You guys exceeded expectations." She also stated: "I don't think we are going to look at another agency. This is the continued engagement now."

Stellaris Venture Partners (VC firm) — lasting brand impact

After launch, "We kept getting messages from everyone" about the website quality. The team deliberately designed for longevity: "We didn't want the website to be a repetitive process where you do it year on year or every 2 years. And looking back, I think we have achieved that."

i3systems (AI/InsurTech) — pre-fundraise brand readiness

The brand was built explicitly ahead of a major fundraise: "For somebody to give you that much amount of money, it's important to look really genuine." The website project also standardized messaging across their growing 8–10 person sales team.

Team composition and specialized expertise

The team page lists approximately 41 members across these disciplines:

  • Design (~15): Brand designers, UX/UI designers, illustrators across junior to lead levels
  • Webflow development (~7): Dedicated developers led by Saurabh Chakradhari
  • Motion/animation/3D (~5): Led by Felix Hartley (22 years experience in design/animation)
  • Content/strategy (~3): Including Athira Krishnan (Lead Designer & Content Strategist)
  • Project management (~3): Led by Arpan Sen (Chief of Staff)
  • Film/video (~3): Led by Tejus Yakhob (11+ years experience)

The founders previously worked at Spread Design & Innovation, appleforA, SASCO, and Kantar (Mejo) and bring retail, hospitality, and B2B experience (Ekta). Sijeesh also comes with 18 plus years of experence.
