How Everything Design Helped SimpliContract

SimpliContract came to Everything Design right after closing their Series A round. The agenda was clear: they needed to look like a serious player in the contract lifecycle management market — a space crowded with established competitors — and their existing brand and website weren't cutting it. What started as a website project quickly expanded. After Everything Design presented the initial visual routes, the SimpliContract team realized the old logo wasn't strong enough either. They came back and said, "Let's work on the visual branding as well."

Everything Design took the opportunity to go deeper. The scope grew to encompass the full brand foundation: messaging and copywriting for the website and multiple brand collaterals, brand identity and logo refinement, visual design system, website design and development, and an explainer video where the team created custom personas and used them to tell the product story. The challenge was making a legal tech product — contract creation, negotiation, execution, compliance — feel both accessible and enterprise-grade. The messaging framework needed to speak to legal, sales, procurement, and IT teams simultaneously, each with different priorities and pain points. The brand and visual language needed to signal that SimpliContract was no longer a scrappy startup but a credible, AI-first platform that could stand alongside the established CLM players in the market.

After the initial project was delivered, Guru, SimpliContract's founder, came back to Everything Design for a second engagement — a homepage revamp to evolve the direction as the product and market positioning matured. That repeat engagement speaks to the satisfaction with the first round of work. But what makes SimpliContract especially significant for Everything Design is what Guru did next: he started referring the agency across his ecosystem. Arka Venture Labs, SimpliContract's own investor, became an Everything Design client through Guru's referral.
