Arka Venture Labs: Visualizing the Future of Early-Stage B2B Investing
When SimpliContract — an Everything Design client for both branding and website — recommended the agency to their investors, it was the kind of referral that speaks volumes. Arka Venture Labs, a pre-seed venture capital fund backing B2B technology startups from India for global enterprise markets, needed a digital presence that matched the ambition of their portfolio.
Arka VC, with 50+ portfolio companies and a focus on deep-tech sectors like AI, robotics, and frontier technologies, wanted more than a static website. Working closely with co-founder and partner Yashwanth Hemaraj, the team focused on creating a homepage animation and visual language that would set Arka apart in the crowded venture capital website landscape.
The result was a dynamic, visually rich homepage that used animation to communicate Arka's investment thesis and portfolio momentum. Everything Design developed a distinctive visual language and graphic system that could extend across Arka's communications — from the website to investor presentations and LP materials. The VC website design approach centered on bringing energy and movement to what is traditionally a conservative sector, reflecting Arka's own positioning as a forward-looking, founder-friendly fund.
This project attracted significant attention within the venture capital ecosystem, reinforcing Everything Design's growing reputation in VC web design. It also continued a pattern of portfolio company referrals — where strong work for one startup in a fund's portfolio leads to opportunities with the fund itself — a dynamic that has brought multiple VC and investment firm branding projects to Everything Design.
