Cloudphysician is a healthcare AI company that developed AINA, an AI Video Co-Pilot using computer vision and ambient intelligence to monitor ICU patients in real-time, helping hospitals improve critical care outcomes. Featured in Forbes Asia's 100 to Watch.

How Everything Design Helped Cloudphysician
The Cloudphysician partnership didn't start with a website. It started with a video production, booth design, clinical research flyers, and a landing page — the kind of ground-level marketing materials a healthcare AI company needs when it's showing up at conferences and pitching hospital administrators in person. The full website revamp came later, once the relationship had proven itself.
That sequencing matters because it shaped how Everything Design approached the bigger engagement. By the time the team took on cloudphysician.ai, they already understood the product deeply — an AI Video Co-Pilot that uses computer vision to monitor ICU patients in real-time, processing live video, vitals, and EMR data simultaneously to detect risks before they escalate.
The visual language transformation was the centrepiece of the later work. Everything Design rebuilt the brand's look and feel to strike a balance that's genuinely hard to get right: AI-centric enough to signal technological sophistication, yet warm and patient-driven enough to feel trustworthy in a hospital setting. The result is a brand that reads as both cutting-edge and caring — which is exactly what Cloudphysician is.
Beyond the primary website, Everything Design produced multiple landing page iterations tailored to specific campaigns, along with event marketing collateral including booth designs for healthcare conferences. A product demo video brought the AI Co-Pilot to life, showing rather than telling how the platform detects patient falls, pressure ulcers, and central line infections before they become critical.
Cloudphysician has since been featured in Forbes Asia's 100 to Watch and continues to expand across hospitals. This remains an active partnership — Everything Design continues to support Cloudphysician across multiple deliverables, building on a relationship where each project deepens the team's understanding of the product and the audience. It's B2B web design informed by genuine brand strategy — and it shows.
When Every Detail Has to Be Right: The Cloudphysician Demo Video
Client: Cloudphysician — a healthcare AI company building video AI agents that help hospitals take better care of patients in high-acuity settings. Its AI Video Co-Pilot, AINA, uses computer vision and ambient intelligence to monitor ICU patients in real time. Featured in Forbes Asia's 100 to Watch.
Engagement: Product demo video — the first project in what has become an ongoing partnership.
The Challenge
Cloudphysician wasn't commissioning a commercial. It was making a video that showed exactly how the product behaves — a demonstration of product delivery itself, not a sales piece. That distinction changed everything.
The work sits in high-acuity healthcare, where the margin for error is zero. If a patient's heart rate reads 120 on screen, it has to be 120. Not close. Exact. And the video was headed straight into a conference full of experts — an audience that would notice any detail that wasn't clinically and technically precise.
On top of the accuracy bar, the timeline was tight. As Cloudphysician spoke to potential vendors, none of them inspired confidence that they could deliver a genuinely correct output inside that window.
"What we do is fairly complex. It's in high-acuity healthcare, and when we work with a partner, it's important that that partner understands what we do fairly deeply."
Why Everything Design
Cloudphysician came to Everything Design through a referral. From the first conversation, the tone was candid and direct on both sides — and that mattered. Rather than stalling, the team offered to meet the very next day. It was a Saturday.
They showed up in person, and the lead brought his video specialist along. To a client under time pressure, that was the first real signal: here was a partner who understood the urgency and the stakes, and was willing to get in the room to prove it.
"He said I'm coming with my video guy — which itself was a good sign that there's somebody here that understands the urgency and the importance of this and is willing to come over and meet in person."
How It Played Out
The shoot was scoped for six hours. It ran closer to ten.
Part of that was the nature of the work — this was the first time Everything Design had produced something quite like it, and Cloudphysician could sense that during the day. But what defined the collaboration wasn't the surprise in scope; it was how the team responded to it. When getting the details right meant shooting a scene again, they shot it again. When it meant rewriting the script on the spot to make sure the clinical picture was accurate, they rewrote it. The commitment was to correctness, not to clocking out at hour six.
"There was a commitment to get it done, and I really appreciated that. It's good to see teams like that — there's no fluff around it. You are very methodical, and once you commit to what you can deliver, [it] meets timelines and meets the expectations we had."
For Cloudphysician, that day did more than produce a video. It established trust — proof that this was a partner they could rely on for the road ahead.
The Result
The video did precisely what Cloudphysician needed: it communicated a complex, high-acuity product clearly, and let potential clients imagine what the product delivery would actually look like.
The proof came fast. The first time Cloudphysician showcased the video, they closed their first US client — a milestone moment for the company.
"The first time we showcased that video, we closed our first US client, which was a very proud moment. It got the job done. It really helped our potential clients imagine what the product delivery would look like."
Why It Matters
This project set the tone for everything that followed. What began as a single demo video became an ongoing partnership spanning landing pages, event and booth collateral, and a full website revamp of cloudphysician.ai — each project deepening Everything Design's understanding of the product and its audience.
The through-line is the same discipline that showed up on that first ten-hour Saturday shoot: get it technically right, no fluff, deliver on what you commit to. In high-acuity healthcare, that's not a nice-to-have. It's the whole job.
