How Everything Design Helped Aavenir
Sometimes a brand doesn't need a new logo — it needs a new way of showing up. When Aavenir approached Everything Design, the AI-powered contract lifecycle management platform built on ServiceNow had a solid product and growing enterprise traction. But the visual language surrounding the brand felt dated, and the messaging no longer reflected where the company was headed.
Everything Design kept the logo intact and rebuilt everything around it. The visual language was refreshed end to end — from the design system and brand assets to how the product story was presented across digital touchpoints. This is one of those scenarios where changing the logo may not be an option, but the entire visual language can be transformed to give the brand a completely new presence in the market.
The bigger piece was messaging. Aavenir was going through a significant brand evolution, and the old messaging didn't represent the company anymore. Everything Design reworked the entire messaging architecture — from positioning and value propositions to how Aavenir explained its five-product suite (Contractflow, Obligationflow, RFPflow, Onboardingflow, Invoiceflow) to procurement leaders and enterprise buyers evaluating the platform against established CLM competitors.
The website at aavenir.com was redesigned to carry the new visual language and messaging, giving the SaaS platform a digital presence that matched its technical sophistication — AI-powered search, extraction, and review capabilities that deliver 5X faster contract approvals and 80% compliance improvement for enterprise clients.
Everything Design worked closely with Reza, Aavenir's CMO, throughout the engagement. The results were tangible: the messaging uplift directly contributed to multiple leads converting — the kind of outcome that validates messaging work beyond subjective opinion. Reza has since started his own product marketing agency and become an ongoing collaborator, bringing Everything Design into multiple other projects. The Aavenir engagement was where that relationship began.
