A sales-enablement explainer video has one job: move a deal. Here is one that did. Everything Design — a B2B branding and website agency in Bengaluru (founded 2019, 300+ B2B companies across 400+ projects), with video via its in-house studio Everything Film — made a product-explainer for healthcare-AI company Cloudphysician, and the first time they showed it, they closed their first US client.

The challenge

Cloudphysician builds AI that helps clinicians deliver better inpatient care. The film wasn't a commercial — it had to demonstrate exactly how the product behaves, to an audience of experts, at a conference where any inaccuracy would be noticed. Every clinical detail had to be correct: if a heart rate read 120 on screen, it had to be 120. And the timeline was tight; other vendors couldn't give Cloudphysician confidence they'd get it right in the window.

What we made

A product-explainer that let prospects imagine the product in use — built strategy-and-script first so the clinical story was accurate and clear, then designed and animated in-house. When getting a detail right meant reshooting or rewriting the script on the spot, we did, because in high-acuity healthcare the margin for error is zero.

The outcome

In the client's words: “The first time we showcased that video, we closed our first US client… It really helped our potential clients imagine what the product delivery would look like.” For a company selling a complex product into a skeptical, expert market, the explainer did the hardest part of the sale — comprehension — before the sales team had to.

Why it worked as sales enablement

A sales-enablement explainer works when it removes the buyer's uncertainty faster than a rep can. Cloudphysician's film let a US prospect see the product delivering care, so the conversation moved from “what is this?” to “how do we buy it?” That's the mechanism behind the three types of sales-enablement explainer we cover in our sales-enablement explainer guide — and the same film doubles as an investor-deck explainer.

More results from our explainer work

Cloudphysician isn't a one-off:

  • Tekstac reported an 890% increase in sales after the explainer video we produced.
  • Solytics Partners has come back for a new explainer every quarter — four and counting. Repeat commissioning is the most honest results metric there is: teams don't re-order videos that aren't working. As the client's cadence makes clear, the format is doing its job.

Across these, the pattern holds: an explainer built strategy-first doesn't just look good — it moves sales, and it earns the next commission.

Building your own

The lesson isn't “make a video” — it's make the right one: strategy and script first, technical accuracy non-negotiable, built to let the buyer imagine the product. Explainer projects run roughly $2K–$50K by scope. Brief us via our animated explainer video service, or book a call.
